The box showed up with a few dents — not the best look, but thankfully the doll itself was totally fine.

I really thought this would last longer, but wow, it gave up on me way faster than expected. After only a short time, it already looked worn out like it had survived a tiny disaster. Disappointing.

I don’t know why it took so long to ship, but I felt like I was waiting forever. The worst part was that I barely got any helpful updates, so I had no idea what was going on

The hair didn’t feel as good as I expected. It was dry, tangled up really fast, and the shedding was more than I was hoping for. If that sounds like what you’re dealing with too, then yeah… same experience here.

Like I said, the tracking just never updated for me at all. I kept checking it, but it didn’t give me anything useful. Like I said, it was pretty much useless.

I tried to return my order from leyadoll.com it was just exhausting. This feels like the same issue all over again, barely any help, emails that seemed to go nowhere, and a refund that took way longer than it should have. I’m tired of chasing basic customer service, so I won’t be ordering from them again

Not gonna lie, I was embarrassed when the box showed up because it basically made it obvious what was inside. I was expecting discreet packaging, and this definitely wasn’t it.

I’d say Leyadoll is okay for the price, but cheap it’s not really. Some things I bought felt worth it, and then other items, for what you get, maybe cost a bit too much. Shipping and little extra fees also can add up quicker than I expected. Overall not bad, just the value I wish was more even.

Not gonna lie, the body proportions looked weird to me. The torso and legs didn’t seem accurate and just felt off overall

I had an issue with my order and support did get back to me, so I’ll give them that. But it took around way too many messages to actually get everything sorted out. They did fix it in the end, but the whole back-and-forth was frustrating.

I mainly bought this because the face looked really nice in the photos, so that’s probably why I was so let down when it arrived. Like, the rest of it is whatever, but the face is the first thing you notice, and mine had these odd flat spots that made it look unfinished. The eyes and mouth also felt off somehow, not terrible in a dramatic way, just not right.
I kept looking back at the product pictures thinking maybe I was being picky, but no, it didn’t have that softer detailed look I expected. Maybe someone else wouldn’t care as much, especially if they’re displaying it from far away, but for me the face detail kind of ruined it and made the whole thing feel cheaper than it should have...

I was hoping there would be a few more ways to customize things, but the options felt kind of limited. There were maybe a couple parts I wanted to tweak that just weren’t available, and I didn’t really realize that until later in the process. It was a bit disappointing, especially if you’re trying to get something close to a specific look

The doll I received looked different from the pictures. The face and skin tone were off, and it just wasn’t what I thought I was ordering. I was already disappointed, and then I had to chase them to get a proper response, which made the whole thing even more frustrating.

I thought this doll was going to look much more lifelike based on the photos, but once I saw it in person, it just didn’t do it for me. To my eye, the skin looked too shiny, and the face had that blank plastic expression that made it feel fake.
For what I paid, I was really disappointed. Maybe other people wouldn’t mind it, but I personally expected something that felt more realistic, and this reminded me more of a cheap display mannequin. I wouldn’t buy it again.

I was disappointed with this. The joints barely move the way they should, so getting it into any decent pose is a struggle. It feels like it should be a simple quality issue, but when I tried to get help, nobody really took ownership and I just got passed around. Not a great experience.

It feels solid and well-made, which is nice if you enjoy wrestling with your stuff every day. For me, it’s just too heavy and awkward to move around, and dealing with it regularly got annoying fast. Not really worth the hassle.

The doll did arrive on time, but once I actually looked at it closely, the makeup was disappointing. The eyeliner was uneven, the lips looked messy, and some of the face details just felt rushed. From a distance it looks okay, but for the price, I expected better. I also kind of felt ignored, like the little details that should’ve mattered just weren’t really cared about

I’m still waiting on my order, and the processing time has been way longer than I expected. A friend recommended this place to me, so I was excited to try it, but the wait has been frustrating.

The doll is decent and definitely has the same general vibe as the pictures, but it's not an exact match. The face shape and makeup were a little different than I expected, and the skin tone looked noticeably lighter in person, which was kind of a dramatic little plot twist when I opened the box. The hair and body were close though, so it’s not a total disaster. Overall, not bad at all, I just wish the photos were a bit more accurate.

I was expecting the skin to feel softer, but right out of the box it had this slightly rough feel that I noticed immediately. It wasn’t a subtle thing either, especially around the hands where I kept expecting it to feel smoother.

The texture had this sticky, kind of plastic-like surface to it, and it just didn’t feel very realistic. I also noticed a few spots that felt firmer than the rest, like the material wasn’t consistent, which kept bugging me every time I touched it.
After a little while, it started picking up tiny bits of lint and dust, especially around the tackier areas, and that made the texture feel even worse. For the price, I really wasn’t happy with it and I wouldn’t buy from leyadoll.com again...
